This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (WFH). Summary As a Global Client Operations (GCO) Technical PM, you will support the GCO team and Netflix Technical Lead, ensuring operational needs are met across our technology ecosystem and on technical initiatives for GCO accounts and broader business projects. You will collaborate with the Technology department, Business Analysts, and other VSI teams to scope and implement technological solutions that improve efficiency and support business needs. The role demands excellent organizational skills, a technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively. It is fast-paced and requires proactive communication with stakeholders, working under pressure and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, high standards of written and spoken English, adaptability, attention to detail, and effective cross-cultural communication skills. Responsibilities Support GCO Technical Lead on tooling/technology initiatives for all GCO clients. Understand workflow needs, identify improvement opportunities for projects, accounts, and processes. Serve as a super/admin user for project management systems. Act as first-line support for tooling queries, liaising with third-party and internal stakeholders to resolve issues. Test proof of concept (PoC) for new internal tools, updates, and external client systems. Collaborate with IT, MAM, OOONA, and Development teams to provide feedback and scope needs. Organize and deliver training sessions on tooling updates and changes. Create and update internal documentation and workflows. Continuously analyze tools for improvements and process efficiencies. Provide data and technical reports to support operational decisions. Participate in client meetings as a technology expert. Stay informed on industry trends and innovations, advising the business accordingly. Champion new technologies and assist the team in navigating their implementation. Support the rollout of tools across VSI offices. Skills and Experience Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks independently, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, VBA, and Power Automate. Experience with Ooona Manager. Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills. Excellent problem-solving and numeracy skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Flexible team player willing to go the extra mile. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative. Outgoing and confident personality. Knowledge of subtitling software is desirable.
