Role – Service Advisor/Service Receptionist

Salary – £26,000 basic OTE £35,000

Location – Liverpool

Richard Abson Group is assisting a prestige car dealership in Liverpool to find a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group working with several brands. They offer progression, support, and excellent training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries, technical information, and provide progress updates on their vehicles.
• Promote sales of Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role within the main dealer network.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and sales.
• Experience with Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and Working Hours

The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £26,000, with uncapped bonuses for hours sold, cross-sales, and service plan sales, potentially earning up to £35,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with one in two Saturday mornings paid at time and a half.
