About the Role:
One of numi\’s core partners are looking for an Customer Support Agent, providing 1st and 2nd line support across a range of digital platforms also be able to do customer demos of the platforms & provide top tier user support.
You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams, ensuring a top-notch user experience as the team continue to scale
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering remote support via phone, email, and video channels
- Troubleshooting customer issues, logging tickets, and following them through to resolution.
- Collaborating with internal teams to solve platform-related issues and document defects.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with reporting and managing shared inboxes.
- Supporting client demos and communicating software updates to use
