Are you a personable, tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for customer service? We have an exciting role where you’ll help shape a rapidly growing digital platform, now part of a leading global group.

About the Role:

One of numi\’s core partners are looking for an Customer Support Agent, providing 1st and 2nd line support across a range of digital platforms also be able to do customer demos of the platforms & provide top tier user support.

You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams, ensuring a top-notch user experience as the team continue to scale

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering remote support via phone, email, and video channels
  • Troubleshooting customer issues, logging tickets, and following them through to resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to solve platform-related issues and document defects.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with reporting and managing shared inboxes.
  • Supporting client demos and communicating software updates to use
