Opportunity Overview: Reporting to the HR Director for the UK and Ireland, this role offers a chance to be a vital part of our team, supporting our mission to become the most admired spirits company globally. You will work with renowned brands across 13 sites in the UK and Ireland, focusing on nurturing our people, enriching our culture, and building a legacy of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance to People Leaders on engagement, employee relations, rewards, attendance, performance, and disciplinary issues. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent through effective sourcing, job design, and onboarding. Champion inclusion initiatives to ensure diverse voices are heard and valued. Work with the HR team to improve policies and ensure compliance. Lead HR projects and change initiatives to support organizational growth. Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Degree-level education. Operational HR experience in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of employee relations and employment law. Experience managing HR projects. Proficiency with HRIS and data analysis. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, solution-oriented attitude. Adaptability and resilience. Team-oriented mindset. Desirable Skills: CIPD qualification. Experience in an international HR setting. Familiarity with multi-site operations.
