The Role

• Handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties
• Preparing SDLT forms and other transaction documents
• Providing excellent client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other team members

The Ideal Candidates

• Role 1: Conveyancer with 1-2 years of experience handling own caseload
• Role 2: Conveyancer with 2-4 years or more experience, capable of managing own caseload, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
