Job Role

As Head of Department, you will manage and supervise a small, dedicated team delivering high-value, privately funded family law services. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in a growing team with strong referral networks and a solid billing history.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and develop a team
  • Handle a high-quality caseload of private family work including divorce, finances, HNW cases, and agricultural matters
  • Provide supervision, support, and training to team members
  • Maintain and develop the firm's excellent reputation and client base
  • Work closely with Partners to shape the department's future

Job Requirements

  • 5-10 years PQE+ in Family Law (more experienced candidates also welcome)
  • Experience with complex, privately funded family matters
  • Proven ability to supervise or lead a team
  • Strong client care, communication, and commercial awareness
  • Confident working autonomously and taking initiative
