Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for an opportunity to lead and develop the Lead Advisory - M&A / Corporate Finance team within an established and highly reputable consulting firm. This role is operable out of the organisations Manchester or Leeds offices. This growing firm has a renowned specialist M&A team with a proven track record of working with a client base that is typically mid-market across Real Estate, Business Services, Industrials & Automotive, TMT and often works with international strategic buyers as well as private equity investors.
As a Manager / AD or Director of an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to act as Lead Advisor on deals and to develop your profile and reputation within the business community whilst taking a strong position in growing the reputation of the firm. Ultimately, your progression will be as a direct result of your skills in executing transactions and originating and generating deal work.
As the Manager / AD or Director within the M&A Specialist team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the execution of all transaction work, supporting Partners with the continued growth of the practice.
- Continuing to develop the firm's reputation and brand as a mid-market M&A / Corporate Finance Advisor within the wider firm's client base and the wider professional business community.
- Managing and leading a team of Executives responsible for the preparation of Information Memorandums, pitchbooks, due diligence processes, forecasts, and financial models.
- Acting as Lead Advisor on transactions, leading meetings with Clients and Investors, negotiations, and handling SPA, Heads of Terms, and completions.
