Quantity Surveyor in Liverpool

Were working with a well-established main contractor based in the North West who are looking to bring in a SeniorQuantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

Known for delivering a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects across industrial, commercial, and public sector schemes, this is a great opportunity for a QS who wants to work in a stable, supportive environment where quality and long-term relationships are at the core.

Youll be involved in projects typically ranging from £500k to £5m, managing costs from procurement through to final account. The role would suit someone confident running their own jobs, that is able to manage a small team aswell.

What youll be doing:

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple live projects

• Overseeing subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations

• Working closely with operational teams and reporting to senior management

• Ensuring cost control and contract compliance at all stages

What were looking for:

• Previous QS experience within construction

• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts

• A proactive, detail-focused approach and confident communication skills

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Package: Includes car allowance, pension, and other benefits
