SAP Sustainability – Manager

Skills and Experience: SAP Sustainability Solutions Expertise: Deep expertise in implementing and leading SAP’s comprehensive sustainability suite, including SCT, SFM, RDP, Green Token, SDX, and Green Ledger across multiple client engagements. Data Modelling and Analytics Proficiency: Strong skills in data modeling using SAP HANA (Cloud) or SAP Datasphere . Proven experience in developing stories, dashboards, and BI reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other BI tools (SAC preferred). Understanding the role of data and analytics in sustainability reporting and strategic decision-making. Program & Stakeholder Leadership: Over 7 years of experience , with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles managing SAP or sustainability transformation programs. Expertise in managing large teams , cross-functional collaboration , and aligning with executive stakeholders . Pre-Sales and RFP Expertise: Demonstrated experience in contributing to RFPs, proposals, and client presentations for SAP Sustainability projects. Skilled in solution design , effort estimation , and positioning SAP’s ESG solution suite to meet client needs and regulatory standards. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Track record of developing assets in SAP Sustainability , leveraging AI/GenAI for automation , predictive insights , and ESG reporting . Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, strategy, and technical concepts to stakeholders at various levels. Proven capability to influence organizational change and drive sustainability initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Sustainability , or a related field from an accredited institution. A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects , including 2–3 years focused specifically on SAP Sustainability solutions like SCT, SFM, RDP, Green Token , etc. Expertise in extracting data from SAP S/4HANA , building models in SAP Datasphere or SAP HANA Cloud , and developing visual reports using BI tools (preferably SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) ). Strong understanding of ESG principles , net zero strategy , and critical regulations such as CSRD, EUDR, CBAM , and EPR/PPT . Proven leadership experience with the capability to guide cross-functional teams and achieve strategic sustainability goals . Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills , combined with a strategic perspective and a commitment to sustainable business operations . Knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies applied to sustainability and ESG use cases . SAP certifications in Sustainability solutions and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are highly preferred.
