Meraki Talent’s global financial services client is actively looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst – Training (French Speaking) to be a key member of the training and delivery team responsible for the delivery of large regulatory change. With a role spanning across Europe, this individual will be focused on certain European markets, including Belgium and Spain. With the nature of the role, it will offer the opportunity for some European travel. Language skills are essential, and this person must speak fluent French, and other European languages would also be handy.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager / Business Analyst – Training (French Speaking):
- Deliver the “in scope” critical L& Initiatives prioritised by European Board
- Plan and lead requirement analysis
- Analyse business and user needs, document requirements and business process flows as related to the project
- Define clear geographical / role scope of requirements + obtain compliance for roles
- Process & governance
- Document scoping and accreditation process
