A small but growing retail business is looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of its online operations. With a new Shopify site launched and eBay already active, the business is now ready to bring someone in-house to manage and grow its digital presence.
This role suits someone who is confident managing ecommerce platforms, understands how to optimise listings for performance, and can work independently. The team is small and non-technical, so you'll be the go-to person for all things digital, from uploading products and managing deals to coordinating with external SEO and web partners.
What You'll Be Doing:- Managing product uploads, images, descriptions, and listings on Shopify and eBay
- Supporting pricing and promotions across both platforms
- Working with external partners (SEO contact and web designer) to maintain and improve the website
- Advising on performance, visibility, and simple improvements to increase online sales
- Coordinating the introduction of new platforms, including Amazon
- Helping the business shape its digital offering with clear, practical input
- Experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify, eBay essential)
