DALE BUILDING MAINTENANCE LTD are a Specialist Property Maintenance Company based in Cardiff but operate throughout South Wales and the South West of England from five operational centres. We have been in business since 1986 and provide a maintenance and repair service to a variety of customers ranging from Retail, Housing Associations / Care Homes, Leisure and Insurance Companies.
Our Customer Contact Centre is based at our Head Office in Taffs Well near Cardiff and due to the award of new contracts and increased demand for our services we require HELP DESK ADMINISTRATORS for our Reactive Maintenance Division.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming calls and Emails
- Providing back up administration for the Work Co-ordinators and Service Delivery Managers
- Liaising with clients and updating information on job progress etc., onto our own job management system DALEFflow and the various clients own portals
- Direct contact with clients, tradesmen and repair partners
- To operate the help desk efficiently
- General office administration and contact support duties
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
The suitable applicant will possess the following skills
- Excellent customer service experience, great telephone manner and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience of working within property services would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Can do attitude
- Good IT knowledge
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Demonstrate good team working ability
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
