My client based on the outskirts of Huntingdon are currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead and join their team on a full-time permanent basis. We need a passionate leader who is committed to delivering exceptional service, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Own transport required due to location.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30
Salary: £30-35,000
The Role:
· Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing customer service team.
· Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback.
· Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions across phone and email
· Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
· Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve complex issues.
· Analyse data to track key metrics (e.g., response time & resolution rate).
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices.
· Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, IT) to streamline customer service workflows.
· Oversee the implementation and optimisation of customer service tools and systems
· Stay updated with the latest customer service technologies and recommend improvements.
· Solicit and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
· Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce errors, and elevate the customer experience.
