Graduate Bid Writer in Camberley

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our successful bid writing team in Camberley.

As a Graduate in the Proposals team you will be:

• Supporting bid teams in shaping, writing and editing winning tender responses
• Developing case studies to capture evidence from our projects for use in tenders
• Creating CVs to showcase project team skills and experience
• Attending and helping to facilitate writing plan workshops
• Participating and contributing in review meetings
• Assisting teams to develop presentations

• Completed Degree in the last 2 years or due to complete in 2025
• Competent in writing clear and grammatically correct English
• A talent and interest in crafting compelling content
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Diligent with the drive to deliver to strict deadlines
