Are you an ambitious graduate who wants to work in a fast paced, exciting environment where you will have the opportunity to earn £40,000 OTE in your first year and £50,000+ OTE in your 2nd year?
Queen Square Recruitment is new and is looking for great people to join an already established team delivering into our major clients by supplying them with the best candidates on the market. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, emotionally intelligent & able to work upon numerous concurrent vacancies. Delivery consultants tend to be extremely busy firing candidates across to multiple roles and, most excitingly, they often do the most deals!
This role does not require any prior recruitment experience as you will have hands on training from the outset, by 2 Senior Directors.
Key responsibilities include:- Candidate generation utilising differing job boards, social media
- Writing job descriptions & managing external adverts to generate candidate applications
- Scheduling interviews and thereafter prepping candidates, ascertaining feedback & providing this to the client
- Offering successful candidates the position and rejecting those that are unsuccessful
- Achieving agreed targets for candidate generation, interviews and placements/billings
- Logging all correspondence on the company database ensuring all information is both accurate and relevant
- Ability to work on both contract/temporary and permanent vacancies
- Confident and assertive over the phone
- Highly organised and meticulous
- Target driven and tenacious
- A good communicator who is emotionally intelligent & personable
