Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for finding top talent and driving recruitment strategy? Were looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts and help shape the future of our clients growing organisation.

About the Role:

As Recruitment Manager, youll take ownership of their internal recruitment processfrom sourcing and attracting candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Youll work closely with hiring managers across departments and develop creative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle across all departments
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs and role requirements
• Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Analyse and report on recruitment metrics and performance
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

About You:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in an in-house or agency role
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• Passionate about people and talent development
