\”Accounts Administrator\”

Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm – FULL TIME OFFICE – 40 hour week

Lympne, Kent

As a an experienced \”Accounts Administrator\”, you will be working with a small team of 4 in the UK who are part of the Italian Head Office. Our client is an Italian import export logistics business whose clients are in the fresh food sector.

The \”Accounts Administrator\” will be responsible for:

  • Running both Sales and Purchase ledger
  • Keeping on top of supplier payments
  • Processing upwards of 20 invoices per month on Sage or Xero
  • Carrying out inter company invoicing
  • Checking with colleagues in the UK and Italy that the transport tariffs are correct
  • Checking VAT is correct
  • Liaising with colleagues in Italy – your line manager is based there
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Being in contact with the London based Accountants

Essentials:

Experience in the above tasks

Strong levels of skills within Sage / Xero and Excel

\”Fluent Italian\” would be an advantage BUT is not essential.

This is a full time office based role.
