The role
As a Senior Finance Manager, you’ll oversee all financial aspects of the New Dimensions and Urenco contracts, and support the Schiphol contract. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll have one direct report (Schiphol management accountant).
Responsibilities include maintaining financial governance, supporting control enhancements, providing management accountant activities, finance business partnering, and producing management information for Contract Managers. Specific duties include:
- Ensuring compliance with reporting timetables, policies, and procedures
- Producing monthly management accounts with commentaries
- Supporting bid information for new business or contract extensions
- Providing schedules for statutory accounts
- Supporting external audits
This is a full-time role (37 hours/week) with hybrid working arrangements, combining office/on-site days with remote work.
Essential experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP
- Data analysis and financial messaging skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Collaborative work with senior non-finance colleagues
Qualifications
- Recognised professional Finance qualification
- Security Clearance
