Job Description

  • Manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and ensure superior guest experience.
  • Identify and implement strategic performance drivers to optimize commercial performance, attracting and retaining travelers.
  • Create a performance-driven culture that meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
  • A strong capacity for engagement, organization, and resilience is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or Executive Assistant Manager, with strong experience in the Rooms department.
  • High degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and a European additional language.
