About the Role
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing both exploratory and automated tests to ensure product excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, mentor junior QA engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements and technical designs to provide timely feedback.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
- Design and implement automation scripts using open-source tools.
- Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly.
- Perform regression testing and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and oversee test documentation.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or a related role.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
- Experience with REST API testing and scripting in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Bash.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools like Jira and Xray.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, virtualisation, storage, and networking.
