What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing talented Insurance professionals through databases, LinkedIn and job boards
  • Conducting engaging phone conversations with candidates all day
  • Using your insurance knowledge to properly assess candidates’ skills and aspirations
  • Building your network across brokers, insurers, and MGAs
  • Supporting our Senior Recruitment Team with candidate management
  • Learning the recruitment trade whilst staying in the insurance world
