What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing talented Insurance professionals through databases, LinkedIn and job boards
- Conducting engaging phone conversations with candidates all day
- Using your insurance knowledge to properly assess candidates’ skills and aspirations
- Building your network across brokers, insurers, and MGAs
- Supporting our Senior Recruitment Team with candidate management
- Learning the recruitment trade whilst staying in the insurance world
