You’ll be on the road every day, visiting customers in their homes and doing the work that really makes a difference. While you’ll spend most of your time working solo, you’ll never feel on your own. You’ll have a supportive team behind you, a van to get you where you need to be, and a clear schedule sent straight to your device each day, so you always know where you’re going and what needs doing.
What you’ll do:
- Travel between customer homes, tackling plumbing jobs with a right-first-time mindset.
- Receive and manage your daily work schedule through a handheld device and use it to keep in touch with your team.
- Complete repairs and installations on hot and cold water, heating, drainage and sanitary-ware.
- Pick up tasks from other trades (multiskilled), maybe a bit of painting or minor joinery, whatever it takes to get the job done and our customer smiling.
- Deliver high-quality, safe and compliant work.
- Keep customers in the loop with clear, friendly updates, especially when a fix needs follow-up or things can’t be done exactly as hoped.

What you bring:
- Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing.
- Solid fault-finding skills and hands-on experience in domestic plumbing.

Job details:
Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm. You will take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues and receive an additional generous on-call payment. You’ll spend most of your time travelling and working across our customers' homes in High Wycombe, Watford, South Oxley, Borehamwood, St Albans, Welwyn Garden City & Hemel Hampstead. Our wider team is based from our depot in Welwyn Garden City, and we cover all of Herts and Essex which you would help out with sometimes. You’ll need a basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
