About the Role Are you a qualified actuary with experience in the life industry or pensions fund/investments? Do you have previous risk management experience? This exciting opportunity involves advising on the financial risks of the company, providing second-line review, challenge, and reporting on project, commercial, and strategic proposals, including Bulk Purchase Annuity deals and acquisition activity. You will develop, review, and monitor financial risk appetites, limits, and scenarios, including designing stress tests and scenarios for ORSA processes. You will also oversee and review Matching Adjustment-related risks. The ideal candidate will have experience with the UK regulatory environment and a good understanding of investments within the life or pensions industry, particularly credit risk and illiquid assets.
