Are you a Litigation Solicitor looking to build a rewarding career in-house? This is an exciting opportunity to work on property-related disputes and wider commercial litigation with one of the UK's leading housing solutions providers based in Gloucestershire. You will be part of a supportive team, handling a mixed caseload of property litigation and commercial matters. You will also assist other areas of the legal team when needed, such as commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Managing property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters.
- Handling property management, housing, and tenancy issues.
- Handling commercial litigation, with opportunities to specialise further.
- Engaging with a diverse client base.
- Ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
Requirements:
- This role is open from 5+ PQE.
- The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship skills, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
- Property litigation experience is essential.
