About the Role
We are seeking a talented UKG Pro Technical Analyst to support a transformative project. You will serve as a technical SME for UKG Pro and Workforce Management solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver value-driven solutions through Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis and solution implementation for UKG Pro and WFM modules
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams during Agile sprints
- Manage technical backlog items, epics, and user stories
- Configure, test, and deploy system updates for payroll and P&C modules
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers
- Troubleshoot system interfaces and integrations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards
Your Profile
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience working with UKG Pro as a technical analyst
- Strong understanding of UKG modules: Advanced/Basic Scheduling, Timekeeping, Attendance, Absence, Analytics, Data Hub, ESS, Attestation, Clocks
- Experience with system integrations, particularly via Dell Boomi
- Proven experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with product-oriented delivery models
