This role offers the chance to lead various rural and utility sector projects across Scotland, including infrastructure access, land transactions, valuations, and strategic consultancy. You will engage with clients, manage land, and contribute to a respected national consultancy\’s growth. Key responsibilities include: – Managing land referencing, access negotiations, and compensation claims – Overseeing acquisitions, servitudes, wayleaves, and property transactions – Delivering RICS Red Book valuations and rural consultancy advice – Engaging with clients, landowners, project teams, and stakeholders – Collaborating on infrastructure and rural land projects The Company: A nationally recognized, forward-thinking consultancy established in the rural and utilities sectors.
