Process Improvement Specialist

We are now looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to be part of a new team based in either our London, Nottingham, or Dublin office. This business-facing role will manage and support business applications, ensure data integrity, and optimize processes across the organization. Responsibilities include continuous process improvement, system releases, data integrity, and collaboration with the data analytics team to create dashboards and reports. Essential functions of this role include but are not limited to: Coordinate and document testing of system changes from configuration and new release perspectives. Document processes and controls with business owners. Work with process owners to optimize processes and ensure systems are configured correctly. Act as a SuperUser within the systems to correct data within provided guidelines. Main systems include VIPR’s Intarga (Contract Management, Onboarding, and Underwriting Workflow tool), Intrali (Bordereaux Processing), and AutoRek. The ideal candidate will have experience in a business-facing role managing stakeholders at peer level and above, with backgrounds as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar. They should possess excellent SQL and/or PowerBI skills, experience with workflow tools, process documentation, and design. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously are essential. Experience within the insurance sector is key.
