I'm working with a Silicon Valley scale up that now have series B funding (60 million). They are building AI-powered cyber software that has a huge market demand and is incredibly profitable. I’ve placed 11 Engineers here across backend node.js, frontend react and AI and they have 4 more immediate requirements for backend heavy full stack developers.
Role - Senior Full Stack / Backend Developer - TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, AWS (React)
Tech stack - Node.js, Express / Nest.js, AWS, Postgres, React / Redux.
Salary - 75k to 105k depending on experience, current package etc.
Location - London Paddington - 2 days per week in the office (Tues and Thurs)
This is a huge opportunity to join a highly talented Engineering team, working on extremely successful software products.
We are looking for:
- Product Engineering expertise - worked on SaaS / Software / complex web applications with a massive focus on exceptional user experience
- Customer / User experience mentality - has worked collaboratively with a Product Engineering team
- Node.js experience - at least 1 - 2 years of backend experience using node.js, ideally experience with child processes and forking, message queues and systems architecture
- Postgres experience - need to have strong experience with databases - SQL / Postgres.
- Strong server side experience with Java, Python, C# etc. are all really helpful but you need to be happy working with backend Node.js / TypeScript in this role.
- Longevity (2-3+ years) in at least one of your recent roles, we can’t look at people who have never stayed anywhere longer than 2 years as it just isn’t long enough to demonstrate the experience we are looking for here
