Join our client's dynamic team as a Maintenance Engineer and play a pivotal role in keeping our high-speed, food facility running at peak performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maximise machinery uptime with planned and preventative maintenance.
  • Lead improvement projects and continuous improvement to reduce breakdowns.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to schedule smart maintenance and drive operational excellence.
  • Take ownership of your area, ensuring safety, compliance, and top-quality standards.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience in FMCG, ideally food production.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical (single & three-phase), pneumatic, and packaging systems.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical/electrical disciplines (electrical/gas bias preferred).
