Base pay range $50,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced EV Charging Sales Manager to drive sales and market expansion in the UK. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of local clients, proven sales expertise, and the ability to learn quickly. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual to accelerate business growth. Responsibilities: Market Expansion – Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK, targeting commercial properties, parking operators, fleet companies, government agencies, and retail businesses. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, offering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Sales Execution – Develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Industry Insights – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable input on business strategies. Technical Learning – Quickly grasp the technical features of EV charging products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, technical, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth execution of sales projects. Requirements: Sales Experience – Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, automotive, or related industries. Client Network – Strong connections within the local market, with experience engaging with businesses and commercial property owners. Communication Skills – Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product value effectively. Fast Learner – Ability to quickly understand new products, technologies, and industry trends. Local Market Knowledge – Familiarity with the UK market, including industry regulations and government policies. Language Skills – Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Other Requirements – Willingness to travel for client meetings; a valid driving license is preferred.
