What you will be doing: As a Product Designer, you will find an opportunity to work on designing world-class app experiences and beautifully crafted interfaces. You will be joining our design team, working on every stage of the design process, from research to delivery. We organise ourselves into cross-functional teams or squads, with each squad working together on a common goal. This role will be part of our design team within Tangity, which consists of 30+ team members – made up of UX designers, Product Designers, Visual Designers, Service Designers, and Researchers.
What experience you will bring:
- 5+ years of work experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- An insatiable passion for digital design and the latest trends.
- Strong visual skills, creative thinking, and a design background.
- Detail-oriented, always striving for quality and consistency.
- Strong portfolio (with web and mobile experience).
- Proficiency with UX/UI design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Framer X, or XD.
- Able to create prototypes to explain and sell your work.
- Understanding of the design process from start to finish, including workshops, user testing, UX research, final designs, and dev handover.
- You comfortably split your skills and abilities between UX and UI – roughly 60% UX / 40% UI.
- You are passionate about analyzing data to make informed design decisions and test your theories.
- You are good in front of clients and stakeholders and create strong relationships.

- Knowledge of accessibility.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Understanding of coding (HTML/CSS/JS), but not expected to code.
