Role Overview
You will play a key role in our design team by supporting with the production of creative assets (print, digital and video production) which aid the execution of the marketing campaigns for the PayPoint Group brands. As part of an in-house team, you will be receiving requests from all areas of the business and will be proficient in delivering high-quality output each and every time. You will also work alongside our creative, digital and PR agencies to ensure creative is aligned both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:
- Support on owning and maintaining our brand guidelines and core assets used across the business.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that engage and excite in order to attract and retain customers across the PayPoint Group brands.
- Production of creative assets (print, digital and video) across integrated channels such as Website, Apps, Social media and Email.
- Supporting on the production of assets for internal communications and events.
- Preparing PowerPoint documents for branded company presentations.
- Working to tight deadlines, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ability to deal with a high volume of images/information and work at a rapid pace in line with the business demands.
- To work with the studio co-ordinator to find opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity within the studio.
- Proactively research competitor activity and industry advancements, deploying new techniques and best practice to continually develop the PayPoint Group brands.
Candidate profile
Essentials:
- A strong portfolio showing brand identity, creative campaign ideas and conceptual thinking, preferably across large integrated campaigns.
- Highly adaptable with proven ability to set, interpret and apply brand guidelines.
- Excellent Mac skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experienced in Adobe creative suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver.
- Experience in Video production for web and social.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task.
Desirable:
- Experience of UX design apps such as Figma / XD.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Wordpress knowledge or working with a CMS would be useful.
- Experience creating web pages and emails using HTML and CSS.
