Your responsibilities will include: Managing and escorting contractors on site Attending to breakdowns and reactive calls Obtaining quotes for third-party work Assisting the Motor Transport Engineer and Electrician with various tasks Carrying out small to medium-sized projects, such as painting, basic plumbing, and joinery What We\’re Looking For The ideal Building Services Engineer/Handyman candidate will have a diverse skill set, including: Ability to work at height Fault-finding, rectification, and installation experience within a multi-skilled background Electrical bias (advantageous) Good all-round DIY skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in working independently Computer literacy Full clean UK driving licence Why Join This Company?
