Role:Mobile Gas Engineer

Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday

Hours:40 hours per week

Salary:£40,000 – £43,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has become available withTrevett Servicesto work with one of our largest FM clients, covering Client Buildings and Estates.

We are looking for an experienced CommercialGasEngineerto join a large team based across commercial and NHS sites inDudley (DY1).This is a permanent, full-time role covering planned and reactive maintenance tasks, meeting Service Level Agreements.

Duties:

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure Client Buildings and Estates are open, safe and fit for purpose.
• Provide Proactive maintenance services.
• Liase with contractors and external suppliers.
• Report Deficiencies.
• Use digital reporting systems to complete quotes and logs (e.g. PDA Device)
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 3 or Equivalent
• COCN1, CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1.
• 3 Years of experience working across commercial or industrial sites.
• Knowledge on Statutory Compliance in Building Services Engineering.
• IT Literate
• Driving Licence – Clean
