Your role: You will be responsible for a number of tasks to drive the business forward, including:

  • Accurately labelling and annotating data according to detailed guidelines;
  • Analysing written content to make judgement calls based on tone, context, or meaning;
  • Providing feedback on edge cases or unclear scenarios to improve model training;
  • Collaborating with the product and data teams to refine labelling processes.
