They’re now on the hunt for an ambitious Field Sales Representative to manage and expand on a portfolio of existing accounts across South Wales, as well as scope to cover wider parts of the south of England when needed. Responsibilities- Meet with a variety of clients in person each day to strengthen partnerships and build rapport.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers across the account portfolio.
- Provide updates on product availability, deliver staff training, and ensure standout in-store merchandising.
- Tailor approaches to each account, adapting to the unique needs of different business types and locations.
- Drive sales growth by executing strategic business development initiatives within your territory.
- Monitor performance across the region, using data insights and allocated budgets to identify wins and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Stay focused and results-driven, working consistently towards clear, defined sales targets.
- 12+ months experience in a field sales role is ideal.
- A background in FMCG would be a plus.
- Candidates outside of a sales background would also be considered; Retail Store Managers or Field-Based Merchandisers are encouraged to apply.
- Full UK driving license.
- Based in South Wales.
- Basic salary: circa £35,500.
