The role

Working with the Director/team leader, the main responsibilities include undertaking fee earning work such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring. This also involves preparing Expert Witness Reports for third-party proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be able and expected to:

1. Maintain and build strategic client relationships
2. Actively promote our Lease Advisory services to clients
3. Effectively win new business
4. Develop a strong track record of repeat instructions
5. Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities
6. Monitor service quality through regular reviews and address any shortfalls promptly
7. Participate actively in our Key Account Management program to understand and anticipate client needs
8. Develop a network of relationships and proactively sell services across the Group
9. Collaborate with managers/directors outside the team to achieve company objectives

Person Specification

1. Degree-level education
2. Valid driving license
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to manage a diverse workload effectively
5. Experience advising on rent reviews and lease renewals, negotiating successful outcomes, and presenting evidence in third-party proceedings
6. Team player committed to high-quality service delivery
7. Full driving license with access to a car
