Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and build strategic client relationships
- Actively promote our Lease Advisory services to clients
- Effectively win new business
- Develop a strong track record of repeat instructions
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor service quality through regular reviews and address any shortfalls promptly
- Participate actively in our Key Account Management program to understand and anticipate client needs
- Develop a network of relationships and proactively sell services across the Group
- Collaborate with managers/directors outside the team to achieve company objectives

- Degree-level education
- Valid driving license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse workload effectively
