The Potential Opportunity

• Design both micro- and long-form content that’s clear, engaging, and user-friendly across multiple platforms.
• Align content design activities, ensuring user-centered, evidence-based approaches.
• Use insights from research and analytics to refine content strategies.
• Work closely with UX Designers, Developers, and Researchers to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Shape content that enhances user journeys and achieves business goals.
• Ensure content adheres to accessibility standards, privacy laws, and industry regulations.

About You

• Proven experience in content design, ideally with public sector exposure.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles.
• Ability to negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with brand tone guidelines, design patterns, and style guides.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Markdown or HTML is a plus.
• Experience with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards.
• A background in Agile and multidisciplinary environments.
