Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to Builders merchants, distributors, and suppliers across the UK
- Introduce the company’s products and services, offering to share relevant pricing and product information
- Gather and update contact information in the CRM database to support follow-up and sales activity
- Provide lead details and key information to the internal pricing team for conversion
- Assist with data cleansing by identifying and correcting outdated or incorrect information
