The Opportunity We are now seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Equity and Employment tax team Join, where you’ll dive into exciting projects from day one. Forget just crunching numbers—we go beyond traditional tax work, helping businesses make smarter, more strategic decisions. What You’ll Do Work closely with clients to solve real business challenges. Deliver top-tier employment tax projects with technical excellence. Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects. Help drive business growth by managing client relationships. Ensure we meet the highest quality and risk management standards. Mentor and support junior team members. Who You Are You’re ambitious, curious, and ready to make a difference. You thrive in a team, enjoy problem-solving, and want to develop your skills in a global environment. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience in equity and/or employment tax (or a passion for learning!). A proactive, energetic, and forward-thinking mindset. Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills. Technical expertise with a drive to keep learning. Solid project management skills—meeting deadlines is your thing. Relevant qualifications (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law, or equivalent). Risk-awareness and attention to detail. Commercial awareness and a client-first approach.
