Digital Marketing Specialist (Fixed Term - Maternity Cover)

What You\’ll Be Doing Assist in creating organic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.), including copywriting, video and asset briefs, and visual storytelling. Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with our performance marketing agency, including ad copy, targeting, and creative direction. Develop and implement a content strategy for our YouTube channel, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility. Manage Google Business Profiles for all 75 stores to enhance visibility and customer engagement across locations. Manage a multi-channel content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal trends, and business objectives to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as content creators, designers, and agencies to produce engaging content. Stay updated on trade industry trends, platform changes, algorithms, and best practices to maintain relevance and innovation. Engage with the trade community by responding to comments/messages and managing brand reputation proactively. Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform strategy and positioning. The contracted hours for this role are 37 or more.
