Job Title: Fabricator Location: Bolton Duration: Permanent Shifts: Nights or Days We are currently recruiting for a number of Fabricators for positions based in Lostock, Bolton. Our client is one of the largest and most successful steelwork contractors in the UK, they have recently won a large amount of work so are looking to extend their workforce. In the Fabricator position you will spend much of your time reading and interpreting detailed fabrication drawings. You\’ll also set out complex fabrications, tack welding components into position, and profile components using Oxy/Propane cutting equipment to specified tolerances – all to tight production deadlines. Above all, we expect you to work safely – with the best equipment in the industry we will provide you with the right tools to safely fulfil your potential. It\’s desirable that you have extensive experience of structural steelwork fabrication, you\’ll be able to work to recognised fabrication standards, and you can operate pre and post heating equipment, and lift, turn and move heavy loads with cranes.
