Your main responsibilities will include: 💡 Participating in market visits to grow the supply's top of the funnel. 💡 Conducting information sessions with current and potential drivers to highlight our client's value proposition. 💡 Engaging in outbound call campaigns to attract new drivers and support sign-up processes. 💡 Managing interactions with drivers, understanding their needs, and pitching our client as the ultimate solution. 💡 Serving as the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights to the Operations team. 💡 Managing partnerships that will help scale supply and demand in new city launches. What you'll bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: 👉 1 year of previous experience in a client-facing or field sales position. 👉 Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with a natural drive to achieve goals and find innovative ways to get things done. 👉 Action-oriented, with the ability to take practical steps to solve problems. 👉 A people person, who enjoys engaging and exciting others. 👉 Adaptable and organised, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
