We are recruiting an Assistant Manager to support a growing Learning Disabilities Supported Living service in East Sussex, with a clear progression pathway into a Registered Manager role by early next year. Package
- Salary between £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Requirements
- Experience in Learning Disabilities and/or Autism services
- Strong leadership or supervisory background
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or working towards
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Ambition to progress into Registered Manager role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day running of two supported living houses
- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality support
- Ensure compliance with care plans, risk assessments and policies
- Work closely with the Director and senior team
- Manage staff rotas, supervisions and appraisals
- Participate in on-call rota and provide hands-on support where needed
- Help prepare the service for CQC registration and inspection
- Contribute to the setup and launch of new services
