We're looking for a dynamic Head of Communications and Marketing to lead the strategic direction and delivery of all communications, marketing and brand activity across the organisation.

The Role
As Head of Communications and Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction and delivery of all communications, marketing, and brand activity across the organisation. You will ensure that our voice is clear, consistent, and compelling, both internally and externally, supporting our strategic plan objectives, enhancing our reputation, and deepening engagement with residents, colleagues, stakeholders, and the public. You'll lead a talented team and work closely with senior leaders to align messaging and activity with our mission and values.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has significant experience in a senior communications or marketing leadership role within a complex organisation like a housing association, and has a passion for making a difference to residents.
- Has a successful track record of developing and delivering long term, integrated strategy in collaboration with others.
- Can lead and inspire a high performing team and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Has a deep understanding of digital communications and audience engagement, along with the technical capability to support the delivery of our channel shift objectives.
- Can work collaboratively to gain understanding and insight into our front-line services to provide relevant and evolving communications.
- Shares and models our values.
