Bernhard and Company, a long-established manufacturer and thought leader in the turf industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator. The role involves providing administrative and operational support to our sales team, based at our offices in Rugby. The Sales Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of the sales process, enabling the team to focus on revenue and targets. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information, sales activities, and progress.
  • Create and maintain automated communication systems for different stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Organize and maintain sales materials, including brochures, product information, and presentations.
  • Coordinate sales team meetings, training sessions, and client events, including logistics and follow-up.
  • Manage the Distributor Portal and develop distributor communication plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and product development teams.
  • Address and resolve sales-related administrative issues and customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for the sales team, customers, and distributors.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and develop best practices.

Key skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an administrative support role, preferably within sales.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo) is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
