Regulatory Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to support our Hygiene and Home Care regulatory program across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs, you will play a dual role as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on contributor, helping to ensure that Arxada’s products meet all internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact position within a dynamic environment, where your regulatory expertise will directly influence the success of our product portfolio and market access strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure timely compliance and enable smooth product development and commercialization. Key Responsibilities: Support the regulatory program for the Professional Hygiene and Home Care portfolio across EMEA. Develop and execute regulatory strategies aligned with business goals and regional requirements. Ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards throughout the product lifecycle. Provide clear guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements and registration pathways. Act as a key contact for regulatory authorities and external partners. Deliver high-quality regulatory services to both internal stakeholders and external customers. Requirements: Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the chemical, hygiene, or personal/home care sectors. Strong knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks and registration processes. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
