We’re offering a location-specific $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 after 90 days and $500 after 6 months) for external candidates, including this location. What to Expect

  • Sales Floor: Use a consultative approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work Schedule: Be available between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends. Monthly schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
  • Environment: Adapt to a fast-paced setting. Flexibility and openness to change are key to staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.
  • Experience: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We provide the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed.

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $17.54 per hour plus up to $13,700+ in commissions if sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 annually. Starting salaries depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
