The Consulting Services Team is seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the ability to be hands-on with the broader implementation cycle of Transportation Management System (TMS), and deep domain expertise of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both deploy and operate teams.
Scope:
- Core responsibilities of deploying and maintaining TMS solution and understanding how the Blue Yonder solution can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes.
- Look at various angles of a problem to identify the root cause to solve a variety of problems.
- Promotes the same outlook in the team.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and create design documents for integrations with Blue Yonder Platform and APIs, as well as SSO workshops for SAML, OIDC, and oAuth2.
- Ability to develop Performance Test scripts and Performance analysis.
- Ability to configure Job Server during deployment life cycle.
- Volunteers for new challenges and eager to learn and challenge himself for new tasks as well build a network outside the immediate team and encourage an atmosphere where team can thrive.
What you’ll do:
- Serves as a technical owner and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors.
- Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team.
- Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.
- Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team.
- Work with Support Services team to make Customer Stable post go-live and venture towards value realization.
- Conducts technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide variety of support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, performance testing & programming.
- Works as a senior member of a Cloud team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom from offshore.
What we are looking for:
- Industry Experience: 10 Years of corporate experience - operations, configurations, cloud integrations. Experienced can be lesser if knowledge of Technical TMS or Supply Chain industry has been acquired in previous Implementation projects (approx. 5 years).
- Expertise in Integration of TMS product, Azure Architecture, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing.
- Current or prior experience working in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center preferred.
- Technical Skills: Webservices - SOAP Restful APIs, Oracle RDBMS concepts, Java, Windows/Unix OS concepts, SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB Maintenance Jobs, Debugging & Troubleshooting knowledge.
- Transportation Domain Knowledge is a plus.
- Data Science, Agile, AI/ML is a plus.
- Hands-on Experience on Integrating various applications on Azure Architecture is a plus.
- Experience working on Snowflake Platform a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.
Salary range: $110,000 - $136,000. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
