We are currently seeking hardworking and resourceful Electrical Installation Supervisors to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will survey, install, commission, and support site-based control systems and electrical equipment for our key clients across the UK.
This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone self-motivated, communicative, and flexible. While the focus is on electrical installation, there will be opportunities to develop basic PLC programming skills - full training provided.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading and supervising electrical installations on client sites
- Conducting system surveys and commissioning electrical control systems
- Supporting electrical and control panel installations
- Ensuring work meets high standards and agreed deadlines
- Liaising with clients and engineers to deliver successful project outcomes
This is very much a site-based role. You may spend a maximum of 1-2 days in the main office (London or Yateley) but the other days will be on site carrying out the electrical installation works. This site work could be at other sites in the southeast.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' practical experience in electrical supervisory roles
- Recognised electrical qualifications (C&G, NVQ3, ONC/HNC/HND, 18th Edition - BS7671:2018)
- ECS Gold Card or Black holder
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (highly desirable)
- Experience in electrical service, installation, or maintenance
